Our Ethos

We want to make cakes that not only taste delicious, but do they're little bit for the planet. To us that means first of all, buying organic.

Why do we do that? Well we think that by buying organic produce, we are supporting the industry as a whole.

The idea being, if we buy more organic produce, the producers produce more organic produce, and hopefully that means it becomes more affordable, if you see what we mean…

…and more affordable organic produce means more people can buy organic, and then the producers will produce more…and so on.

We're also pretty passionate about not filling the planet up with superfluous packaging, so we use as little as we can, and make sure where possible that it's already recycled, and can be easily recycled again and again.

Local produce is something we are also committed to. So as more farmers become organic, the less distance our ingredients have to travel.
